We’ll spend this session looking at three key areas of CRO: Discovery, Build and Analysis. We'll take a website, consider some potential issues with it, formulate test ideas, build one of these, and understand what insights we can retrieve.
You should leave the session confident in your ability to run a couple of experiments and have a good grasp of why such practices are crucial to your next stage of growth. In practice, it will allow you to:
